RETURN POLICY
Refunds and/or exchanges will be provided at PRI's discretion for merchandise that is defective upon arrival. A refund or exchange must be requested within 2 business days of item receipt as shown by tracking. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the original defective item has been returned to us. PRI will provide a shipping label for such returns. For international customers, PRI may at its discretion opt not to have the item returned. In such cases, photographic evidence of the item defect will be required.
PRI will accept returns of items that are not defective. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received in good condition. Returns of unwanted items that are not defective will be at the buyer's expense.
